Recently the Moradabad development authority launched the new plots scheme for the peoples who belongs to the low income group. The Scheme is started from 14th May 2023 to 31st March 2024. The benefit of MDA Moradabad Plot Scheme has been given to the people on First Come and First Get. The plots locations are available in the different location of the Moradabad i.e. Majhola, Moradabad Sector B etc.
There are also three floor complete housing EWS available at Dhakka and Dehri Mustakam. There are also LIG Flats available for the people. The Plots which are available under the EWS building having the Cost of Rs.4,17,500 and the building which is available at Moradabad Sector 16 having the cost is RS. 4,23,200.
